As specialists in research for nonprofit and
public organizations, Campbell Rinker is especially
adept
at measuring constituent interaction with intangible,
branded entities such as cities, jurisdictions,
governmental organizations and advocacy groups.
We have even developed or adapted a variety of
techniques to deliver more actionable research
findings to our clients.
Quite often we are called upon to assess and
differentiate between the perceptions, needs,
opinions and motivations
of current and prospective user groups. A direct
result of this investigation typically includes
specific action steps or message options. So what specific questions can we answer? Below are a few examples...
- What taxes are residents more likely and less likely to support? To what degree?
- Where would residents most like to see a new park located?
- What ethnic groups are best served by certain services?
- What types services do residents feel are needed in their local community?
- What services do specific groups expect from government? From nonprofits? From companies?
- What do people want their community to look like?
Campbell Rinker delivers usable, concrete findings
interpreted with care and precision. This gives
you confidence that your decisions will result
in the best possible marketing direction. We
take care to stay away from the lofty and the
theoretical.
We innovate where necessary to better meet our
client’s needs. We strive for consistent
integrity in the research process. And as members
of the MRA and CASRO, we also follow a code of
ethics designed to set an example for the research
community.

Case Study
A community services district
was interested in providing new neighborhood parks throughout the city. Local leaders were unsure about what residents would want to get out of the new parks, and to what extent they supported the added expense.
Campbell Rinker conducted phone surveys in both English and Spanish, produced an informative report on the results, and gave presentations on the results to area leaders. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
