Churches Across the U.S. Rate Church Management Solutions

PowerChurch Plus Honored with Campbell Award for Favorable Customer Feedback


VALENCIA , CA – The church management software product PowerChurch Plus has been honored with a Campbell Award for exceptional customer feedback. The award is based on the high proportion of PowerChurch Plus customers that say they would recommend the product to others, determined by independent polling conducted by the research firm Campbell Rinker.

"Reams of consumer research affirm that a customer's willingness to recommend a product to their peers is one of the single best measurements of product quality," said Dirk Rinker, President of Campbell Rinker. The survey was conducted online during March of 2011. Three hundred and ninety-five U.S. churches rated the church management solutions they use, providing a margin of error of ±4.9% at the 95% confidence level. Survey topics included user satisfaction, pricing preferences, purchasing habits, and organizational dynamics. Eighty-eight percent of survey respondents say they influence purchase decisions for church management software solutions.

One interesting finding from the study is that 19% of churches report using online church management solutions, as opposed to more traditional locally-installed software. This is nearly double the 11% that reported using online solutions during the same study in 2009.
